Pretty cool, huh? It's the Mosaic Maker on fd's Flickr Toys. When you get to the page, click on "Mosaic Maker." You enter URLs for the photos/images you want to use. fd's Flickr Toys is easy to use with a flickr account (which is free to join, by the way, for up to 200 photos. More than 200 costs $25/year).
